Can I apply for a library card online?
Answer:
Library cards must be applied for in-person at the library. At this time, we do not have a way to apply for a card online. You may come to the Library Cards window just inside the library to get a card. You will need to bring a photo ID and another item that has your name and current address (this can be on paper or digital). Residents of Rogers get their card for free, and those outside the city limits may get a card for $15. This fee covers all cardholders in your household, and is due each year.
Cards expire every year, and must be renewed. Residents can renew their cards over the phone or in person. Non-residents may renew their cards in person; or may send in a check to the library for their $15 and staff will give you a call to complete the process when the check has been received.
