Can I renew my card online?
Answer:
No, but we hope to have this feature available in the future! For now, you may renew your library account by visiting the Registration Desk at RPL. Residents may also renew their card by giving us a call at 479-621-1152 and selecting option 3, then option 2. We can verify your information over the phone and get your account updated.
Non-residents will have to pay their $15 annual non-resident fee at the time of renewal. You may mail us a check, made out to Rogers Public Library, and we can process your renewal when the check is received. If you are paying with cash or card, you will need to be present at the library to renew your account.
