Do you have meeting rooms?
Answer:
Memorial Day Tornado damage update
Due to damage caused by the tornados that came through Rogers on Memorial Day weekend 2024, the library is offering limited services in the lobby. The remainder of the library, including the meeting and conference rooms, remains closed to the public. Meeting and conference room reservations are currently unavailable and will continue to be unavailable until the building has fully reopened. Furthermore, there is a 15-minute limit for sitting in our limited seating area. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are looking for alternative places to study or have a meeting, you can give us a call at 479-621-1152 option 1 or start a chat with one of our librarians during our regular operating hours.
Yes! RPL has two large conference rooms and three smaller meeting rooms that you may reserve online. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance, and up to 90 days in advance. Reservations are required for Conference Rooms, but Meeting Rooms may be used without a reservation if needed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see our Meeting Room Policy for more details on our terms and conditions for using a room.
You can reserve a room online by visiting our room booking page. Once there, use the fields (described below) within the gray box to search for an available room:
- Choose the Meeting Room or Conference Room category depending on which room type you need.
- Choose your needed room capacity (how many people are allowed in a room), or leave blank if you are unsure.
- Select the date you need to use a room. No same-day reservations please!
- Select the time frame you need to use the room for.
- Check the “Accessible Seat/Space” or “Power Available” buttons if you require either; leave blank otherwise.
- Click the blue “Search” button, and the system will display all the rooms that are available for your desired date and time.
- When you find a room you like, click the blue “Book Now” button and fill out the form. Staff will review your request and approve or deny it based on the information given in the request form. The more information about your reservation you provide, the easier it will be for staff to review your request.
