Do library cards expire?

Answer:

All Rogers Public Library cardholder accounts expire one year from the date you applied for, or renewed, your card. This allows us to make sure your information is up-to-date on a regular basis. If your library account has expired, you will need to renew it in order to check items out from the library or use our digital resources that require card numbers - such as Libby and Hoopla.

To renew your card, you may come into the library and visit the Library Cards window. Staff will simply ask a few questions to make sure your address, email, and phone number are up to date before getting you on your way. Residents of the City of Rogers may also renew their card over the phone. For non-residents, your card renewal fee is the same as your registration fee - $15 - and is due at the time of renewal.
