Are library cards free?

Answer:

Yes, if you reside within the city limits of Rogers. As a resident of the City of Rogers you pay a library millage tax to support the library, which funds the purchase of materials and the general operation of the library.

If you do not live in within city limits, you can still get a card! Non-residents simply pay a $15 annual fee (about the cost of the property tax millage that residents pay), which covers cards for everyone in the household.

See our FAQ on getting a card to learn more about what you'll need to bring to the library.
