I'm visiting from out of town, can I use a computer?
Answer:
Memorial Day Tornado damage update
Due to damage caused by the tornados that came through Rogers on Memorial Day weekend 2024, the library is offering limited services in the lobby. The remainder of the library, including the computer terminals, remains closed to the public. Laptops are available for limited use at the Information Desk; each session is currently limited to 15 minutes and cannot be extended. If you need to print a document, you can email it to us at rplprint@rogersar.gov or we can print directly from your personal device.
Everyone is welcome to use a computer with or without a library card - whether you are a Rogers resident or just visiting Arkansas for the day!
If you don't have a library card but would like to use a computer, stop by the Information Desk. Staff will print you a small slip of paper with a four-digit number on it. Take that to one of our computers, and when logging on choose the option that mentions logging in as a guest. Enter the four numbers and sign in.
Guest passes are free and good for one, two-hour session. The computer will give you the option to extend your time 5 minutes at a time if you need to be on the computer longer than two hours. Please note that you'll only be able to use this guest pass once, and it will expire at the end of the day. If you need to get on the computer again in the same day, or come back another day, you'll need to get a new guest pass from the Information Desk.
