If you see an event without the option to register, it simply means the event does not require registration. You may attend the event without registering for it! This is common for events that do not have a maximum capacity or limited supplies.
If an event is full and required registrations, you will see an option to join the waitlist. Registration is not always required for RPL events, but it is always recommended!
