I lost a DVD/CD, but I still have the case. What do I do?
Answer:
Please return the parts you have to the Checkout Desk as soon as possible. This will count as the date returned and all fines will stop accruing. Keep looking for the missing part and return it as soon as it is found.
If you cannot find it, please contact the Overdues Clerk or the Circulation Manager by giving us a call at 479-621-1152. You will receive a letter with the amount needed to replace the missing part, or replace the entire item, as necessary.
