I made a reservation, but I can't make it anymore. How do I cancel my room booking?

We always appreciate it if you can cancel your booking when you can no longer attend. When rooms are not cancelled, the tablets at each room will still read as "in use" even if no one has checked in, which can cause confusion for those who need to use a room.
To cancel your booking, check your inbox for your confirmation or approval email. Towards the end of the email, there should be a link that you can click to cancel your booking. If you don't see that link, or the link is not working, you can start a chat with a librarian or give us a call at 479-621-1152 option 1 and a staff member will be happy to assist you in canceling your booking.
